Brian Harkins brings over 28 years of federal law enforcement experience, including leadership roles with the U.S. Secret Service and the FBI, where he served as a SWAT Team Leader, Crisis Management Supervisor, and Physical Fitness & Defensive Tactics Instructor.
In addition to his law enforcement career, Brian has spent more than 25 years coaching youth, athletes, and adults of all fitness levels. A former collegiate soccer player and lifelong endurance athlete, he has competed in marathons, triathlons, and obstacle races.
He holds certifications in the Brand X Youth Method, OPEX, Road Runners Club of America, Lydiard Running, USA Soccer, and USA Lacrosse.
Brian has trained elite tactical teams, corporate leaders, competitive athletes, and individuals just beginning their fitness journey. His coaching philosophy centers on movement quality, long-term strength, and building confidence through structured, purposeful training.
